After you click on the "Send Order" button at the end of the form, a page will display on your browser listing your order details. Shipping costs will not be included in your On-Line order. After receipt of an On-Line order, J.R. will call you to confirm your order and to give you a shipping quote. We ship domestically with DHL and use a Shipping Zone System (See Chart Below). During this call J.R. will also take any payment information so there is no need for a secure web site. All in-stock seats will be shipped immediately when paid by credit card, money order, wire transfer, or purchase order. COD's are not accepted. Orders paid by personal check will be shipped 10 business days after receipt of your check.
SoundSeats are now available in 22 colors at no additional cost ( See color selection on the Accessories Page). Be sure to indicate your choice of leather color at the bottom of the order form. Please keep in mind that we do not stock all colors at all times so there may be a short delay if we do not have your color choice in stock.
Contact us for a quote for custom applications such as embroidery. We are able to stitch digitize and embroider just about any band name or company logo on your seat for a great professional touch. If you have any stitch digitization done with SoundSeat for custom embroidery, we will supply you with a disc containing the digitization for a nominal fee. This disc can be used for any future application such as embroidering shirts, hats, etc. Items sold with custom embroidery cannot be returned unless defective.
3 year warranty on all materials and workmanship. If not completely satisfied with the comfort of the SoundSeat, call J.R. within 7 days of receipt and let him know that you are returning it. You will receive a full refund minus shipping and handling.
